Timothy J. Carrington is a Managing Partner and CoFounder of Aspen Partners, Inc. During his tenure, Mr. Carrington has successfully established a broad-based search consulting practice.

He specializes in senior level executive searches in financial services and in advanced technology companies. He also works with start-ups and fast-growth companies and in acquisition, merger, and turnaround situations.

Prior to Aspen Partners, Mr. Carrington was a Managing Director with Korn/Ferry International, a global recruiting firm.

Prior to executive search, Mr. Carrington spent fifteen years in the telecommunications industry. He had extensive experience with Fortune 1000 and middle market companies across diverse industry lines. Mr. Carrington began his career with Norwich Eaton Pharmaceuticals, a division of Proctor & Gamble.

Mr. Carrington was formerly a director on the board of the Egleston Scottish Rites Foundation – Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Additionally, he is a volunteer for the St. Vincent’s DePaul Society.

Mr. Carrington is a native of Alexandria, Virginia, and received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Economics from Villanova University.
